This Sunday afternoon, the Adult Youth Group of First Christian Church of Winder will be putting together hygiene kits for Church World Service for the Haiti earthquake relief. You may make a financial contribution to help purchase items for the kits or you can bring items for the kits. The kits have the following items in them; One hand towel measuring approximately 16" x 28" (no fingertip or bath towels), One washcloth, One wide-tooth comb, One nail clipper (no metal files or emery boards),One bar of soap (bath size in wrapper),One toothbrush (in original packaging), Six Band-Aids® in a one gallon zip lock bag. We have already received a $250 seed gift for this project. Do all you can do to help. Also consider making a contribution to the Week of Compassion. 100% of all donations go directly for relief to Haiti.
